These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and participation in the 90sKids: The Digital Time Machine waitlist and game application (the "Service"). By signing up, you agree to these Terms.

1. WAITLIST & REFERRAL PROGRAM DISCLAIMERS

Promotional Value Only: Your ticket ID, queue position, rank rewinds, and "Class of '99 Founder Status" are promotional waitlist features designed for early access prioritization. They hold no cash value, convey no legal equity or ownership, and are non-transferable.
Queue Adjustments & Integrity: We reserve the right to audit, modify, or disqualify queue positions or referral credits that are generated using automated scripts, bots, self-referrals, disposable emails, or fraudulent activities.

2. USER CONDUCT & ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

Use automated scripts, bots, or software to register multiple fake accounts.
Provide false or temporary disposable email domains to manipulate referral ranks.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service backend or security mechanisms.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content on the Service—including logos, original pixel art graphics, audio synthesizers, UI components, code, and story card designs—is the exclusive intellectual property of 90sKids. You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial license to share your generated Story Card image on social media.

4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY OR SPECIFIC LAUNCH DATES FOR THE UPCOMING GAME APPLICATION.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 90sKIDS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

6. MODIFICATIONS & GOVERNING LAW

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
