We collect minimal, necessary information required to manage the early access waitlist and referral queue:

Email Address: Used solely to notify you of your waitlist rank, send your early access beta pass, and provide launch updates.
Chosen Screen Name / 90s Handle: Displayed on your digital story card and leaderboard ranking.
Status Quote / Slam Book Line: Optional custom text provided for your story card.
Technical & Fraud Prevention Data: Hashed IP addresses and referrer ticket IDs used exclusively to prevent bot automation, disposable email spam, and duplicate signups.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Your information is used strictly for the following legitimate purposes:

To process your waitlist reservation and assign your Class of '99 Founder Status.
To calculate and track your referral rank rewinds when friends sign up using your link.
To deliver your theme-aware Founder Ticket welcome email and launch notifications.
To maintain system security, detect bot abuse, and enforce anti-fraud checks.

3. DATA SHARING & THIRD PARTIES

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties under any circumstances. Data may be processed securely by trusted service providers (e.g., Firebase/Google Cloud for database hosting, Resend for email delivery) strictly to operate the service.

4. YOUR RIGHTS & DATA OPT-OUT (GDPR & CCPA/CPRA)

Under applicable privacy laws (including GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to:

Request permanent deletion ("Right to be Forgotten") of your email and waitlist record.

5. COOKIES & LOCAL STORAGE

We use browser local storage (90skids_waitlist_user) to remember your ticket state across browser sessions so you do not need to re-enter your details upon return.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY (COPPA)

Our service is intended for individuals who are 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
